We’re looking for a 360 Recruitment Consultant for our Boutique Agency based in the heart of Sydney CBD. Managing a well established desk supplying construction professionals and tradesmen across Australia.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of client needs and objectives, and develop tailored strategies to address their unique challenges.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive reports, presentations, and training materials to effectively communicate findings and proposed solutions.
- Assist in the implementation of recommended strategies, ensuring seamless integration and successful outcomes.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends to continuously enhance consulting services.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a consulting or advisory role, preferably across multiple industries.
- Construction Recruitment experience highly desired
- Recruitment experience essential – proven track record of delivering and achieving revenue targets
- Positive attitude and work ethic with a consultative mindset
- Ability to work well in a team environment with a close knit team of professionals
