We are looking for a capable and creative Content & Brand Coordinator to support the delivery of high-quality marketing content, campaigns, event coordination, brand assets and partner materials that strengthen our brand and support business growth. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this hybrid Melbourne-based role will work across content creation, campaign coordination, website updates, events support, broker and partner enablement, and brand consistency. You will play an important hands-on role in helping the team deliver polished, on-brand work across digital, sales, partner and internal channels.
What you’ll be responsible for
- Create and coordinate marketing content and brand assets across web, email, social, sales enablement and partner channels.
- Support the delivery of campaigns by coordinating timelines, approvals and stakeholder input.
- Maintain brand consistency across presentations, collateral, campaign materials and external communications.
- Assist with webinars, events and partner initiatives by preparing content, collateral and supporting materials.
- Update and maintain website and marketing platform content to ensure it is current, accurate and aligned to campaign priorities.
- Develop broker-facing and sales enablement tools that support commercial activity and partner engagement.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to keep projects moving and delivered to a high standard.
What we’re looking for
- Experience in marketing, content, brand coordination or campaign support, ideally in financial services, B2B or another commercially focused environment.
- Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to produce clear, accurate and on-brand content.
- Excellent attention to detail and good visual judgement across presentations, collateral and digital assets.
- Confidence using Canva or Adobe Suite and familiarity with website content updates and digital marketing tools.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and stakeholders.
- A proactive, collaborative approach and willingness to take ownership and follow through.
- Experience supporting events, webinars, PR or partner marketing initiatives will be highly regarded.
