About the Role
The primary objective in this role will be to spearhead growth initiatives, cultivate key partnerships and drive revenue expansion while identifying new business opportunities and fostering client relationships.
- Grow margin and sales revenue by offering a solution-based service to customers
- Visit regular and prospective client businesses to establish and act on selling opportunities
- Monitor customers’ changing needs and offer them solutions
- Quoting and negotiating prices and credit terms
- Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction with services and products purchased
- Identify, investigate, and prepare recommendations to secure major accounts
Skills and Experience:
- Hydraulic hose & fittings experience is essential
- Proven experience in servicing technical customers
- Have a passion for providing premier customer service
