As our People Coordinator, you’ll sit at the heart of our People team, playing a key role in creating a positive and supportive experience for our employees. You’ll be someone people naturally turn to, you’re approachable, helpful, and always ready to find a solution.

What you’ll be doing 

No two days are the same in the best way possible! You’ll be a trusted go-to for employees and play an important role in supporting our people experience. You’ll: 

  • Be the first point of contact for employee queries, bringing a positive and solutions-focused approach 
  • Support employees across their journey from onboarding through to offboarding, and everything in between 
  • Prepare contracts, letters, and general HR documentation with care and attention to detail 
  • Help create a smooth and welcoming experience for new starters 
  • Work closely with the People team to support day-to-day HR coordination activities 
  • Contribute ideas to improve how we support and engage our people 
  • Get involved in a variety of people initiatives and projects as you grow in the role 

About You 

You’re an early-career HR professional who brings great energy and a genuine passion for people. You’re eager to learn, not afraid to roll up your sleeves, and excited by the opportunity to grow your HR career. 

You’ll thrive if you: 

  • Have 1–2 years’ experience in HR, admin, or a people-focused coordination role 
  • Are organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities
