Five at Heart Ltd is seeking a highly capable Warehouse Hand & Service Driver to operate at the centre of our Sydney operations — ensuring efficient stock management, reliable client service, and disciplined logistics control from product order through to site delivery and service.
We are looking for a detail-driven, reliable professional who brings physical capability, punctuality, and a friendly, service-oriented approach to every part of the warehouse and service route journey.
This is a casual / part-time position of 22 hours across 3 days, designed for active work that fits flexibly around other commitments.
What you will actually do
Warehouse Duties:
- Pick and pack customer orders for bike parking products.
- Receive and check inbound stock from suppliers
- Move stock between FAH and our supplier partners as needed
- Prepare orders for dispatch — labelling, palletising, freight booking
- Keep the warehouse tidy, safe, organised and audit-ready
- General warehouse duties — there’ll always be something to keep you moving
Towel Service — Runs into the CBD and beyond:
- Drive or assist with the towel service on a regular route servicing at client EOT facilities.
- Swap out fresh inventory, collect used towels, and record delivery data in system delivery software
- Routes are set and our delivery software provides location and site instructions for each site
- Ad-hoc deliveries and pickups around inner Sydney as needed
- Occasionally assist with counting of towels on site, as required
- Light client support on-site — friendly face, problem-solver, eyes on how the gear’s holding up

Some days will be 100% warehouse. Some days will be 100% driving and servicing. Most weeks will be a mix.
What you’ll bring
Must-haves:
- Full NSW car licence
- Physically up for the work — comfortable lifting up to ~25 kg, on your feet most of the day
- Reliable, punctual, and good at organising your own day
- Friendly with clients — you’ll be on EOT floors in commercial buildings, representing FAH
- Australian working rights
Nice-to-haves:
- Warehouse, courier, or services-driving experience
- Good knowledge of Sydney roads, especially around CBD
- Pick-pack systems / handheld scanner experience
- A general handiness — comfortable using power tools and reading drawings is a plus
