About the role

We are seeking a Senior Financial Adviser to deliver exceptional, tailored advice within a highly respected Private Wealth firm. This role supports our growth by deepening relationships with High Net Worth clients and driving outstanding client outcomes. You’ll work in a collaborative professional services environment alongside experienced Associate Advisers and a skilled Client Services team to ensure seamless advice delivery.`

Key responsibilities

Reporting to the Head of Private Wealth, the responsibilities of the Financial Adviser role include:

  • Provision of strategic, client focused financial advice tailored to individual goals, needs, and circumstances;
  • Collaborate with accountants and other referral partners to deliver a seamless client experience and high quality advice outcomes;
  • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with new and existing clients, focusing on sustainable, long term outcomes;
  • Work closely with a team of Associate Advisers and Client services who will support with research, preparation, and implementation ensure efficient service delivery;
  • Uphold high standards of compliance and advice quality; and
  • Contribute to the growth and success of a professional, high performing advice team by utilizing your expertise and skills in partnering with other advisers and Joint Venture partners.

What we’re looking for

  • Demonstrated ability to engage well with a diverse range of clients and referral partners
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Strong technical skills with an excellent understanding of Investments, Retirement Planning and Superannuation (including Self Managed Super Funds)
  • Time management and excellent ability to prioritize key tasks
  • Experience working with Xplan, as well as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Relevant industry qualification including degree in Business, Economics, Finance or Commerce, or a Graduate Diploma of Financial Planning
  • Minimum of 3 years industry experience working in a similar role  
  • Ability to uphold the organization’s values and standards in professionalism, respect and performance
