Head of Advice Enablement & Delivery | Melbourne CBD
We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Head of Advice Enablement & Delivery to lead the end-to-end advice delivery function across our growing financial advice group. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for ensuring our advice support teams deliver exceptional outcomes for advisers and clients through productivity uplift, operational excellence, continuous improvement and strong people leadership. You’ll oversee our Associate Advisers, Paraplanning and Client Services teams while partnering closely with senior leaders across Advice, Compliance, Operations and Technology to create a scalable, high-performing advice delivery model. About the Role
As the Head of Advice Enablement & Delivery, you’ll be responsible for leading and continuously improving the advice delivery function across the business. You’ll drive service standards, productivity uplift, quality outcomes and team capability while ensuring our operating model
supports sustainable growth. This role combines strategic leadership with operational
execution, making it ideal for someone who enjoys driving change, developing people and delivering measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Associate Adviser, Paraplanning and Client Services teams to deliver exceptional advice support.
- Own and continuously improve the end-to-end advice delivery model.
- Drive productivity by streamlining workflows, reducing rework and improving turnaround times.
- Establish and monitor service standards, productivity measures and quality controls.
- Partner with Advice, Compliance, Operations and Technology leaders to optimise delivery capability.
- Lead workforce planning and capacity management to support business growth.
- Oversee and enhance the Group’s Professional Year Program, working with our advisers and advice compliance to develop future financial advisers.
- Use data and reporting to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and informed decision making.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, client focus and continuous improvement.
About You
You’ll be an experienced leader who understands the financial advice process from end to end and has a proven ability to build high-performing operational teams.
You’ll bring:
- Extensive leadership experience within financial advice, paraplanning or advice operations.
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end financial advice process.
- Demonstrated success improving productivity, operational performance and service delivery.
- Experience leading productivity improvements and implementing technology-enabled solutions.
- Sound understanding of advice compliance and governance requirements.
- Exceptional leadership, coaching and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong commercial acumen with a client-first mindset.
- Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience using Xplan and Microsoft Office (workflow automation experience is highly regarded).
- Relevant qualifications in Financial Planning, Finance or a related discipline are desirable.
