Customer Service Officer

We’re looking for a friendly and reliable Customer Service Officer to join our team.

You’ll be one of the first people our customers speak to, helping with delivery enquiries, bookings, collections, and day-to-day support. You’ll also work closely with our Operations team and drivers to help keep things running smoothly.

No two days are the same in transport, so this role suits someone who enjoys staying busy, solving problems and working as part of a team.

 

This is a full-time position and is based in Unanderra, NSW.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Answering customer phone calls and emails
  • Booking deliveries and customer collections
  • Helping customers with delivery updates and enquiries
  • Working closely with drivers and operations throughout the day
  • Assisting customers at the counter
  • Entering delivery information and updating records accurately
  • Helping solve problems and keep customers informed
  • Providing friendly, professional service every day

What You’ll Bring

  • Good communication skills and a friendly attitude
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Good organisation and time management
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confidence using computers, email and phone systems
  • Ability to stay calm and organised in a busy environment
  • A willingness to learn and support the team
  • Previous customer service or administration experience is helpful, but not essential
