As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to help lead our day-to-day operations and support the long-term success of the business.

Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our organisation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all departments are working efficiently and effectively to meet the company’s goals and objectives. The Operations Manager will work closely with senior management to develop and implement strategies that improve productivity, reduce costs, and increase profitability.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure the smooth running of the organisation
  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of all departments, including production, logistics, and customer service
  • Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure the organisation is meeting its financial targets
  • Work closely with senior management to develop and implement strategies that improve productivity, reduce costs, and increase profitability
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
  • Manage and develop a team of employees, providing coaching and mentoring to ensure they are performing at their best

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards
