Description

Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Client Liaison Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.

The Client Liaison Officer will support Financial Advisers and the Advice team to deliver client advice and service in a timely, compliant and efficient manner. Enhancing the client relationship, maximizing client retention and referrals by providing quality client service. Reducing risk through the effective execution of administrative services in accordance with compliance and operational processes and systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to clients.
  • Manage client accounts, including implementing advice, invoicing, and tracking payments.
  • Identify opportunities to improve client services and make recommendations to management.
  • Maintain accurate client file records.

Essential

• Commitment to exceptional client service delivery

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Working knowledge of superannuation

• Strong workflow, prioritisation and time management skills

• Good understanding of office procedures

• Knowledge of CRM systems e.g. AdviserLogic and proficient in Microsoft Office

• Advanced MS Office skills

• Competent with a variety of technology applications
