As our business continues to grow, we’re looking for a motivated Warehouse & Logistics Operator to become an important part of our operations team.

About the Role

Working on our afternoon shift, you’ll play a key role in ensuring products are safely prepared, loaded and dispatched to customers across Victoria.

This is a varied, hands-on position that combines warehouse operations, forklift work, dispatch activities and yard management while also providing exposure to transport and logistics coordination.

No two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operating forklifts safely and efficiently
  • Loading and unloading company and contractor vehicles
  • Preparing and staging customer orders for dispatch
  • Moving trucks and vehicles safely within the yard
  • Completing forklift and equipment safety inspections
  • Performing manual handling of steel and building products
  • Supporting warehouse, dispatch and transport operations
  • Processing inventory and dispatch transactions
  • Assisting with transport scheduling and logistics administration
  • Maintaining a clean, organised and safe workplace
  • Following Chain of Responsibility (CoR) requirements and all safety procedures

What You’ll Bring

Essential

  • Current Forklift Licence
  • Current MR Truck Licence (MR minimum or HR preferred with manual licence)
  • Experience loading and unloading trucks
  • Strong commitment to workplace safety
  • Good physical fitness and ability to perform manual handling
  • Basic computer skills
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team

Highly Regarded

  • Experience within warehouse, manufacturing or transport industries
  • Experience handling steel or building materials
  • Understanding of warehouse and dispatch systems
  • Exposure to transport scheduling
  • Knowledge of Chain of Responsibility legislation
