The Role 

We’re looking for an Adviser & Client Services Officer to join Evidentia Group to support our Implemented Portfolios business and help deliver an exceptional service experience for financial advisers, practice staff and clients. 

This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional who enjoys building strong relationships, solving problems, and providing high-quality operational support. You will play a key role in supporting adviser and client relationships, coordinating onboarding activities, maintaining service processes, and contributing to the ongoing enhancement of IP Connect and related client service initiatives. 

Responsibilities 

  • Provide day-to-day support to financial advisers and practice staff via phone and email  
  • Respond to product, service, platform and reporting queries, including support for IP Connect and the online reporting portal  
  • Coordinate the onboarding of new advisers and clients, including account setup and associated administration  
  • Maintain accurate adviser and client records within Salesforce and other business systems  
  • Manage platform menus, user access and related administration activities  
  • Deliver training and support to advisers and practice staff on IP Connect and associated reporting tools  
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently while assisting with the resolution of client service issues  
  • Prepare and distribute client communications and service-related documentation  
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with external platform providers and service partners  
  • Contribute to process improvements, procedure documentation and product enhancement initiatives  
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless adviser and client experience  

Skills & Experience 

  • Experience in client service, adviser support or administration within financial services  
  • Strong customer service and relationship management skills with the ability to build trusted partnerships  
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills  
  • Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail  
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently deliver high-quality outcomes  
  • Experience preparing documents, reports, spreadsheets and client communications  
  • Strong administrative capability and confidence working across multiple systems  
  • Experience using Salesforce, adviser platforms, reporting portals or similar business systems  
  • Sound understanding of financial services products, investment administration and industry processes  
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Finance or a related discipline will be highly regarded  

Highly Regarded 

  • Experience within managed accounts, wealth management, funds management or broader financial services  
  • Knowledge of adviser platforms and investment reporting systems  
  • Experience supporting adviser onboarding and client implementation activities  
  • Exposure to CRM systems, particularly Salesforce  
  • Experience identifying and implementing process improvements  
  • Understanding of investment products and adviser service models
