This role

As our Client Finance Specialist – Billings, you’ll be working with the Financial Operations Manager/TBC and will be instrumental in shaping Heroforce Global, Local and On Demand remits by supporting SaaS subscription billing and customer-facing support operations.

Your key focus areas will be:

  • Manage the Zendesk queue efficiently by triaging tickets, routing, and providing first responses.
  • Deliver high performance on support-style KPIs, specifically tracking first response time, resolution rate, and CSAT.
  • Oversee billing operations, ensuring accurate recurring invoicing, revenue recognition, and rapid dispute resolution.

This will include:

  • Prepare, review, and process client invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance with client agreements and company policies.
  • Investigate and resolve billing queries, disputes, and invoice-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identify recurring billing issues and recommend solutions or process improvements to enhance billing accuracy and efficiency.
  • Assist the Accounts Receivables team with flagging offboarding employees on the terminations channel and manage internal Sales/HR expectations.
  • Assist with system testing, process enhancements, and the implementation of new billing initiatives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and the Philippines payroll team to streamline billing platforms and reduce customer churn.
  • Manage major incidents by troubleshooting and communicating clearly with internal and external stakeholders.

Who you are

  • 2-3 years of professional experience with client-facing roles, invoicing, and billings.
  • Strong exposure to SaaS and subscription business models.
  • Proficiency with core CRM and helpdesk tools, specifically Zendesk, Salesforce, or HubSpot.
  • Familiarity with billing and revenue platforms (e.g., Netusite, Zuora, Stripe, Recurly, or Chargebee).
  • Ability to work closely with other Client Finance Specialists and cross-functional operational teams.
