Some highlights of the opportunity include: 

  • Business Partnering – bringing a people lens; balancing business advisory and employee advocacy in the development of the business goals and objectives.
  • HR Strategy & Leadership – Support the development of the People strategy and goals and lead implementation, ensuring the team are engaged and working holistically.
  • Organisational Development – Support leaders to define clear career paths, build learning programs that support business growth, develop future leaders and strengthen the core competencies that differentiate our people’s careers and our client experience. 
  • Elevate Performance – Keep simplifying how we elevate and manage performance and build a culture where feedback and bold conversations feel normal.
  • People Experience – Turn what employees tell us, and what we see in the market, into practical changes that strengthen engagement, our employer value proposition and the policies that attract, retain and inspire. 
  • Technology & Data – Use and evolve our technology to develop accurate, real-time HR data and insights and efficient HR processes.

  • You’ve developed your experience in Senior HR Business Partner roles and bring deep generalist expertise, supported by change management, project management and exposure to recruitment and talent.
  • Experience leading, coaching and mentoring others — whether formally as a manager, team leader or informally through leading project teams.
  • Your clients and those you have worked with describe you as an enabler, someone they want in the room and by their side as they solve their greatest people challenges and opportunities
