The role 

As our Wholesale Manager in Los Angeles, you will be the driving force behind DISSH’s growing presence in the US market. Working closely with senior leadership, you will manage and grow our wholesale accounts, build new retail relationships and help bring the DISSH brand to life across the US retail landscape. 

This is a hands-on, relationship-first role for someone who knows the US wholesale space well, loves the work of growing a brand through retail partnerships and loves a fast-paced, scaling fashion environment.  

 

Your new day-to-day 

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of wholesale accounts across major and specialty retailers 
  • Pitch and onboard new retail partners using your existing US network 
  • Identify new distribution opportunities to expand the DISSH retail footprint 
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with buyers and key retail contacts 
  • Lead seasonal sell-in presentations and assortment discussions 
  • Monitor sell-through and recommend reorders and assortment adjustments 
  • Represent DISSH at showrooms and industry events 
  • Support in-store events and retail activations 
  • Manage the order lifecycle from entry through to fulfilment 
  • Partner with the Australian product team on Northern Hemisphere product strategy, seasonal ranges and market feedback 
  • Track sales performance and provide regular reporting to the team 
  • Monitor inventory, shipping timelines and retailer compliance requirements 
  • Work closely with senior leadership on wholesale priorities and planning 
  • Partner with global Planning, Marketing, Logistics, and Finance teams 
  • Ensure consistent brand presentation across all US retail partners 

 

On your first day we’d expect you to already have: 

  • 5+ years in wholesale sales or account management within fashion or lifestyle brands 
  • An established network of buyers across US major and specialty retailers 
  • A track record of growing accounts and hitting revenue targets 
  • Experience with sell-in, market appointments and retail activations 
  • Solid understanding of retail planning, forecasting and inventory management 
  • Strong communication skills 
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving, collaborative environment 
  • Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP or order management platforms 
  • Current authorisation to work in the United States

Salary range: $150,000 – $180,000 

Reports to: Senior Leadership
