The Role – TikTok Content Creator
Reporting to the Social Media Manager, our TikTok Content Creator will play a key role in bringing the DISSH brand to life through engaging, trend-driven and community-first content. Working closely with our Social Media Coordinator, you’ll create scroll-stopping moments that feel authentic, elevated and deeply connected to our audience.
From concepting and filming to editing and publishing, you’ll live at the forefront of social storytelling. Whether it’s jumping on emerging TikTok trends, capturing behind-the-scenes moments, or creating original series that build brand love, you’ll help shape how DISSH shows up in the social space.
This is a highly hands-on role for someone who genuinely lives and breathes content creation. You’re naturally creative, deeply plugged into culture, confident both behind and in front of the camera, and excited by the opportunity to help evolve the voice and presence of a growing global brand.
Your new day-to-day:
- Support the execution of DISSH’s TikTok and organic social content strategy with a creative and forward-thinking mindset.
- Concept, film, edit and publish engaging short-form video content designed to drive performance, reach and community engagement.
- Become a key face of DISSH, creating authentic and relatable content that connects with our audience.
- Capture behind-the-scenes content across campaigns, events, photoshoots and day-to-day brand moments.
- Identify emerging trends, sounds and cultural moments, translating them into elevated, on-brand content opportunities.
- Develop creative content series that build community and strengthen brand connection.
- Collaborate closely with the Social Media Manager and Social Media Coordinator to continuously elevate content quality and storytelling.
- Monitor content performance weekly, pulling insights and recommendations to optimise future content.
- Support the management of TikTok, Instagram Reels and emerging social platforms, ensuring content aligns with brand direction and audience behaviour.
On your first day we’d expect you to already have:
- 2+ years experience in content creation, social media or digital marketing, ideally within fashion, beauty or lifestyle.
- A strong portfolio or personal content presence that demonstrates creativity, storytelling and platform understanding.
- Deep understanding of TikTok and Instagram trends, editing styles, transitions and audience behaviour.
- Confidence in front of the camera with the ability to create content that feels natural, engaging and brand aligned.
- Strong filming and editing skills across mobile-first platforms and tools.
- Ability to interpret and consistently represent the DISSH tone of voice and visual identity.
- A genuine connection to the DISSH brand, aesthetic and values.
- A proactive, ideas-led mindset with the ability to move quickly and adapt to trends in real time.
- Strong attention to detail and a natural eye for elevated, innovative content.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment.
- Being comfortable and confident talking to camera
- Flexibility to support evolving business and content needs across scheduling and posting.
