  • Strengthen evidence-based practice and continuous improvement across clinics.

Shape strategy and service design:

  • Work with the CEO, Board and Executive Team on future care models.
  • Advocate for improved access, partnerships and integrated care pathways.

Represent Derbarl at the highest level:

  • Engage with state health partners, community stakeholders and sector networks.
  • Attend external meetings, forums and conferences as a key clinical voice.

About You

You are a respected medical leader who brings:

Essential

  • Fellowship with RACGP or ACRRM.
  • Minimum 4 years’ senior medical leadership experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in governance, strategy, risk and compliance.
  • Strong mentoring and communication skills.

  • Experience working within ACCHOs or Aboriginal primary health settings.

Other Requirements

  • Current WWCC, National Police Clearance (within 6 months), WA Driver’s Licence.

Why Join Derbarl?

  • Make a profound impact on community health outcomes.
  • Work within a supportive, culturally grounded and values-driven organisation.
  • Lead clinical transformation across multiple metropolitan sites.
  • Attractive executive remuneration package.
  • Opportunity to influence policy, research, preventative health and service design.
