Cropline Group Pty Ltd is a well-established transport company combining the values of a family-owned business with the structure and capability of a corporate operation. We specialise in heavy haulage services across Western Australia, supporting industries including iron ore, dangerous goods, grain and fertilisers.
We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day delivery of our operations. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role provides hands-on administrative and operational support to ensure activities run smoothly and remain aligned.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the scheduling team with rostering, mobilisation, and workforce coordination
- Maintain accurate workforce availability, movements, and site requirements
- Assist in ensuring schedules are supported by up-to-date and reliable information
- Maintain accurate records including rosters, dockets, and project documentation
- Support data entry, document control, and record-keeping processes
- Ensure documentation is complete and compliant with company and client requirements
- Assist with communication across employees, subcontractors, and clients
- Support onboarding, mobilisation, and site compliance requirements
- Respond to enquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with travel and accommodation coordination
- Maintain accurate records of workforce movements and bookings
- Support compliance across Operations, including Finance, Payroll, and HR
- Assist with reporting, audits, and administrative tracking
- Contribute to improving processes and maintaining efficient workflows
About You
You are a reliable, motivated, and highly organised individual who takes pride in supporting teams and keeping processes running efficiently.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work across multiple stakeholders
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Able to manage competing priorities in a structured way
- Efficient, proactive, and solutions-focused
- Experience in administration or operational support (& willingness to develop)
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Experience in transport, logistics, or scheduling environments is advantageous
