Cricket NSW (CNSW) is focused on leading and growing the game throughout the state. We oversee all cricket from elite professional teams to community, school, and social cricket programs. As a purpose and people led organisation, CNSW aims to inspire everyone to play and love cricket.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the Event Manager – Sydney Thunder, in this role you will:
- Lead the planning and execution of assigned Sydney Thunder events, activations and fan
experiences
- Support the delivery of Sydney Thunder WBBL and BBL home matches
- Lead the creation and delivery of the Thunder events calendar, including match days, fan
engagement initiatives and member experiences
- Coordinate event logistics including venues, suppliers, contractors, permits, staffing and
equipment requirements
- Work collaboratively with Marketing, Commerial, Community Cricket, Communications
and High Performance
- Manage relationships with venues, councils, suppliers, agencies and community partners
ABOUT YOU
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
- Previous experience in event management, operations, sport, entertainment or related
industries
- Strong project management, organisational and attention to detail skills
- Exceptional stakeholder and relationship building skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work match days, evenings, weekends and public holidays
