Cricket NSW (CNSW) is focused on leading and growing the game throughout the state. We oversee all cricket from elite professional teams to community, school, and social cricket programs. As a purpose and people led organisation, CNSW aims to inspire everyone to play and love cricket.
Our Wildly Important Goal (WIG) is to grow the number of 5–12-year-olds playing cricket. To deliver
on our WIG and strategic priorities we have a collaborative, customer-centric approach. We use our values; Humility, Excellence, Imagination and Relationships to deliver memorable experiences to participants and fans.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the General Manager Sydney Sixers, in this role you will:
- Plan, manage and deliver world-class W/BBL match days which encompass event presentation, fan experience, venue operations and partner integration
- Translate fan insights, cultural trends, league and club strategy into immersive, high energy experiences that drive connection, excitement and repeat attendance
- Own end-to-end even delivery, leading a cross functional team
- Build trusted, high-impact relationships with key stakeholders including match day venues, sport presentation agencies, Cricket Australia, broadcasters and internal teams to ensure exceptional event delivery for fans and our partners.
- Lead and manage a small team by providing strong leadership and coaching skills

- Proven experience delivering complex, fast-paced and high profile events
- Strong leadership capability and excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong working relationships
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
