Administrator / Data Entry Gracemere

Crawfords is looking for 2 Team Support Administrators to join our operations team at our Gracemere depot on a permanent full-time or part-time basis.

About the Opportunities

Crawfords is currently recruiting for 2 team support administrators to perform functions including but not limited to:

• Account invoicing, auditing and quality checks,
• Timesheet inputting,
• Supporting recruitment activities,
• Various administration and data entry tasks,
• Printing, scanning and filing documents, and
• Providing first class service to both internal and external customers over phone and email

About you

• Background in Invoicing, Accounts Receivable or Payroll (highly desirable)
• Previous administration experience required (prefer greater than 2 years),
• Be reliable, punctual and mature approach to work,
• Have a great attitude towards new challenges & professional development
• Have high attention to detail
