Continence Health Australia is on the hunt for a Marketing & Communications Lead to elevate our brand, lead innovative campaigns, and connect with Australians in meaningful ways. You’ll be at the heart of shaping our story.

From digital campaigns and social media to publications and national events, your work will directly influence awareness, engagement, and our sector leadership. Reporting to the Marketing and Communications Manager, this full-time role will make a difference in people’s lives. You will:

  • Lead marketing and communications strategy across multi-channel campaigns.
  • Manage digital platforms: social media, eDMs, SEO, paid campaigns, and websites.
  • Create compelling content – from copy to visuals – that engages and inspires.
  • Deliver national initiatives like World Continence Week, conferences, and health promotion programs.
  • Build and nurture relationships with stakeholders, media, and external partners.
  • Analyse performance and optimise campaigns for maximum impact.
  • Oversee brand integrity, budgets, and marketing calendars.

You are a marketing leader with solid experience, ideally in health, advocacy or purpose-driven sectors. A digital and content expert across social media, eDMs, CRM platforms, Adobe Creative Suite. An analytical and strategic guru who loves using data to drive decisions and show real impact. And a collaborative team player with outstanding project management skills.
