From driving sustainability and innovation to creating real impact in communities, our team is united by a shared commitment to making a difference by increasing circularity outcomes and ensuring no container goes to waste. Watch the video above to hear from our COEX team and why we’re proud to be part of the change.

The Role: As the Equipment Lead, you will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of equipment and infrastructure supporting the container refund scheme across regional QLD. • Maintain accurate asset records and audit ready documentation.
  • Provide guidance to operators and providers across regional sites

Who You Are:  Our values are at the heart of our culture. We’re looking for people who share these and are eager to be part of a team that brings them to life. You share our passion for sustainability and bring:

  • Strong documentation discipline and confidence maintaining asset and service records.
  • Ability to work independently across regional and remote locations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Current QLD driver’s licence, flexibility to travel, and ability to hold required checks
