We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human
Resources, Risk & Compliance Manager to join our Executive Team and
lead the development of a high-performing, compliant and engaged workforce
across our growing organisation.
Reporting directly to the CEO, this newly created leadership
role will drive our people strategy, strengthen organisational governance,
embed a strong culture of accountability and wellbeing, and ensure compliance
across all areas of employment and workforce management.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a values-driven HR
professional who enjoys balancing strategic leadership with operational
delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading
all human resource functions across CKP
- Driving
organisational culture, employee engagement and workforce capability
- Managing
employee relations, performance management and workplace investigations
- Overseeing
recruitment, onboarding and workforce planning strategies
- Leading
organisational compliance relating to employment legislation, WWCC,
qualifications and workforce records
- Managing
HR governance, policies, procedures and risk frameworks
- Implementing
and optimising Employment Hero and related workforce systems
- Supporting
leadership teams with HR advice, coaching and workforce planning
- Providing
workforce reporting, compliance reporting and strategic advice to the CEO,
Leadership team and Board
- Supporting
child safety and reportable conduct investigations where required
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Experience
in Human Resources leadership
- Strong
knowledge of employment legislation, industrial relations and compliance
requirements
- Experience
leading risk, governance and compliance initiatives
- Demonstrated
success in culture change, workforce engagement and organisational
development
- Experience
managing and investigating complex employee relations, reportable conduct
and performance matters
- Strong
stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- Experience
implementing and managing HRIS platforms such as Employment Hero
- A
collaborative leadership style with a focus on continuous improvement
- Relevant
qualifications in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business or a
related field
