Coastal Advisory Australia is one of Australia’s leading financial advice firms, with more than 7,000 clients, 100 team members and offices across the country.

 

As our business continues to grow, we’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Newcastle and support the delivery of marketing initiatives across digital, brand, content, events and communications.

 

This is a genuine generalist marketing role offering broad exposure across multiple disciplines and the opportunity to work alongside experienced marketing professionals in a fast-growing national business.

 

About the Role

You’ll play an important role in supporting the day-to-day delivery of marketing initiatives across the business.

 

You’ll be involved in:

  • Social media management and content creation
  • Website updates and landing page management
  • Email marketing and CRM campaigns
  • Event coordination and execution
  • Design and production of marketing collateral
  • Agency and supplier coordination
  • Community engagement and sponsorship initiatives
  • Marketing reporting and campaign administration

 

You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business and support projects that impact teams and clients throughout Australia.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive and eager to continue developing their marketing career.

 

You’ll ideally bring:

  • At least two years’ experience in a marketing, communications or similar role
  • Strong Canva and content creation skills
  • Experience managing social media platforms
  • Experience using email marketing platforms and website content management systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
  • A willingness to learn and contribute as part of a high-performing team
