About the Role
Coastal Advisory Australia is seeking an Associate, Centrelink to support our growing Centrelink service offering across the business.
This newly created role will act as our internal Centrelink specialist, supporting advisers, support teams and clients with Centrelink administration, case management and technical support.
Working closely with clients and advisers, you will manage Centrelink applications, reviews and ongoing client matters, while helping to build consistent Centrelink processes and capability across the organisation.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with Centrelink experience who enjoys helping clients, solving problems and becoming a trusted technical resource within a growing business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Centrelink applications, reviews and ongoing client matters.
- Support clients through Centrelink processes and requirements.
- Liaise with Centrelink, Services Australia and other relevant stakeholders.
- Assist advisers and support teams with Centrelink-related enquiries.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Support the ongoing development and improvement of Centrelink processes and systems.
- Monitor changes to Centrelink legislation and requirements.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience working with Centrelink administration and processes.
- Strong understanding of Centrelink legislation and requirements.
- Experience using PRODA and Centrelink online services.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and client service skills.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Highly regarded:
- Experience within financial advice, wealth management or aged care.
- Experience with Age Pension, Commonwealth Seniors Health Card and aged care assessments.
- Experience using Xplan or similar CRM systems.
