ABOUT US
Circle Green Community Legal (Circle Green) is a community legal centre providing humanitarian, tenancy, workplace and family and domestic violence legal advice, further assistance, representation, advocacy, community legal education, referrals, outreach and support.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the CEO and contributing as a member of the Senior Leadership Team, the Operations & Business Systems Manager will lead and coordinate a broad range of organisational support functions, including business systems, IT provider coordination, contract management, performance reporting, data analytics coordination, front-of-house administration, facility management and office assets. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys improving processes, making information easier to use, supporting better reporting, coordinating external providers and helping teams work in a more consistent and efficient way. You do not need to be an IT expert, but you will need to be comfortable working with systems, asking good questions, coordinating support, and translating operational needs into practical improvements.
Why Join US?
Are you a practical, organised and improvement-focused operations professional who enjoys making systems work better?
This is an opportunity to contribute to a purpose-driven organisation by making the practical systems that support our work stronger, clearer and more effective. You will work closely with committed leaders and teams, have the opportunity to shape how operational support is delivered, and play an important role in helping Circle Green continue to grow its impact.
ABOUT YOU
You may come from operations, business improvement, corporate services, practice management, contract coordination, reporting or systems-focused roles. You are likely to be someone who notices when processes are unclear, data is hard to access or systems are not being used consistently, and you enjoy working with others to make things better. You will bring strong organisational judgement, attention to detail and a service mindset. You will be comfortable working across different teams, managing competing priorities, coordinating providers and supporting practical change in a collaborative way.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

- Contributing to organisational planning, accountability and continuous improvement as part of the Senior Leadership Team.
- Experience leading or coordinating operational support functions across systems, contracts, reporting, administration or facilities.
- Confidence working with business systems and external providers, without needing to be a technical IT specialist.
- An interest in data quality, performance reporting and using information to support better organisational decision-making.
SKILLS/QUALIFICATION
- Strong skills in process improvement, problem solving, planning and follow-through.
- A collaborative communication style and the ability to build effective relationships across teams.
- Relevant qualifications in business, management, operations, information systems, data analytics, public administration or a related discipline, and/or equivalent demonstrated experience.
