Circle Green Community Legal (Circle Green) is a community
legal centre providing humanitarian, tenancy, workplace and family and domestic
violence legal advice, further assistance, representation, advocacy, community
legal education, referrals, outreach and support.
About the Role
Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the
Senior Leadership Team, this is a broad and autonomous role responsible for
ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the organisation.
You will lead key operational functions including reporting
and performance measurement, business systems, contract and vendor management,
facilities, assets, reception and workplace services. The role also oversees
Circle Green’s technology roadmap, business applications and outsourced IT
providers, ensuring technology supports organisational objectives and service
delivery.
This is a unique opportunity for a highly organised and

Key Responsibilities
- Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage organisational reporting, KPIs and performance measures and data
integrity.
- Oversee business systems including SharePoint, CRM, 3CX and other operational
platforms.
- Manage the organisation’s technology roadmap and external IT providers.
- Coordinate funding and service contract administration , including contract registers
,key dates , reporting requirements, and compliance obligations.
- Manager vendor, contract, and asset management activities.
- Oversee facilities, workplace services, and reception operations.
- Support organisational planning, governance, and business improvement.
About You
You are an experienced operations professional who can
balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
You will bring:
- Experience in operations, business management, corporate services, practice
management, or a similar role.
- Strong reporting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing contracts , compliance obligations , funding agreements, or
service provider relationships.
- Experience administrating business systems and records management processes.
- Experience managing business systems and working with technology vendors.
- Experience managing contracts, suppliers, or service providers.
- Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities.
- A commitment to continuous improvement and delivering practical outcomes.
