About the role

We are looking for a full-time Spares Coordinator to be based in our O’Connor office. This position is responsible for the coordination, procurement, and supply of spare parts and consumables, ensuring availability, accuracy, and timely delivery. The role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with suppliers, clients, and internal stakeholders.

What you’ll do

  • Requests quotations and proposals for spare parts and consumables from suppliers.
  • Processes and tracks POs to ensure that spare parts and consumables are delivered on time and to specification.
  • Liaises with technical staff, the Service Manager, and clients to coordinate delivery and resolve any issues arising.
  • Develops and maintains a standardised spare parts list spread sheet.
  • Develops and maintains a client database, including purchasing history.
  • Develops and manages relationships with clients to ensure maintenance of client spart parts and consumables inventories.

Selection Criteria

  • At least 2 years’ experience in procurement, logistics, inventory management, or related field.
  • Experience working with inventory databases and spreadsheets.
  • Familiarity with spare parts and consumables.
  • Demonstrated ability to work to deadlines
  • Ability to work autonomously, solving problems, and prioritising work.
  • Ability to work in a professional manner with external clients and internal staff.
  • A high level of attention to detail.
