HR Administration Assistant, Alice Springs Head Office
Full-time, fixed-term (01 February 2026 – 31 January 2027)
Casa Services is seeking an HR Administration Assistant to join our vibrant Human Resources team. This role plays a vital part in supporting the employee life cycle and ensuring smooth HR operations across the organisation.
As a HR Administration Assistant, you will:
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new employees.
- Maintain accurate employee records and manage HRIS updates.
- Assist with performance management processes and probation reviews.
- Support policy development and HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement.
- Provide general HR and administrative support, including basic handling inquiries and preparing reports.
What we’re looking for:
- 12 months experience in a HR, business or administration related role.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the SCHADS Award and HR best practices (or willingness to learn!)
