Mandurah MG, Nissan & Suzuki is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Business Manager (Finance & Aftercare) to join our small, dynamic and growing team.

You’ll work closely with an experienced leadership team and sales department in a fast-paced environment where your contribution will be recognised and rewarded.
This role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to own and grow the Finance & Aftercare function across the dealership, with responsibility for building strong relationships, maximising opportunities and contributing directly to the dealership’s continued growth and success.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous automotive Finance & Aftercare experience preferred.

- Titan DMS experience will be highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with customers, sales consultants, financiers and business partners.
- Present tailored finance and Aftercare solutions that meet customer needs while maximising dealership profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Offer and promote a range of aftercare products including extended warranties, vehicle protection products and service plans.
- Deliver professional finance presentations that clearly communicate value and benefits to customers.
- Achieve and exceed agreed finance penetration, product penetration and customer satisfaction targets.
- Process finance applications and documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain compliance with all relevant Australian regulatory requirements and responsible lending obligations.
- Maintain accurate customer records and reporting.
- Work closely with the sales team to maximise every customer opportunity.
- Generate repeat business and referrals through exceptional customer service.
