Customer Solutions Specialist

6-month contract Sydney CBD

Do you have experience in customer service, enjoy speaking with people on the phone, and want to make a genuine difference in people’s lives? If so, we want to hear from you.

Bluestone Home Loans is an award-winning non-bank lender, helping Aussies with a variety of financial needs and circumstances to purchase a home, refinance or invest. Our Collections team is a critical part of our customer service operations, providing guidance and practical support to people when they need it the most.

About the role

This is a people-focused role that combines customer service, problem-solving and communication skills. Every conversation is different. You’ll spend your day speaking with customers, understanding their circumstances, exploring available options and helping them move forward.

Success comes from building rapport, asking great questions, listening carefully and working collaboratively to achieve positive outcomes. Helping people is rewarding but it can be challenging. You’ll need patience, empathy and an ability to remain calm under pressure.

About you
