Long Haul Driver – NT

The Opportunity

We are currently looking for an experienced MC Truck driver with at least 5 years float driving experience for an immediate start. This position will involve travel and be based in the Northern Territory.

To be considered for the role you must have the following:

MC Drivers Licence

Long Haul Driving Experience

At least 5 years float driving experience

Experience in loading, securing, transporting and unloading plant and machinery up to 65 tonnes

Experience at operating with over width loads

Be able to pass drug and alcohol screening and commercial driver’s medical

Supply high quality work, while following and adhering to timelines

Adhere to WH&S policies and procedures

Be physically able to climb onto machines, operate chains, tie-downs and rope fasteners, and change tyres.

Have sufficient experience to be able to load and unload machines on/from low loaders.

The below qualifications would be highly regarded:

Construction industry White card

Forklift High Risk Licence

RII for Plant Operating
