Category Growth Manager
Department: Marketing · Reports to: Marketing Manager – Channel & Partnerships
Location: Bondi Junction, Sydney · Type:Partner with Sales, Product, Quality and Sustainability to build pitch decks, tender responses and customer proposals that win, utilising data, insights and case studies, and maintaining presentation assets.
Help us grow the channels that are changing the way the world packages.
Coordinate the creation of presentations, case studies, product guides, flyers, training materials and customer communications, working with Sustainability and Design teams to produce engaging content, and maintaining organised channel marketing resources.
We’re looking for a Category Growth Manager to join our Marketing team and help bring our story to life across our Distributor, QSR and Retail channels. If you love turning data into insight, insight into a compelling pitch, and a great pitch into commercial growth — this one’s for you.
What you’ll be doing
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role at the heart of our channel marketing engine. Working closely with the Marketing Manager – Channel & Partnerships and teams right across the business, you’ll deliver the activations, presentations, events and sales tools that help our customers grow with us.
Pitch, tender & presentation support. You’ll partner with Sales, Product, Quality and Sustainability to build pitch decks, tender responses and customer proposals that win. You’ll pull together the data, insights and case studies that make our story land, and keep our templates and presentation assets sharp and ready for every strategic opportunity.
Quarterly Business Reviews & customer reporting. You’ll create and maintain QBR templates and customer review decks, prepare performance reports and category recommendations, and support Joint Business Planning through strong data and presentation work — giving our Sales teams the insights they need to drive customer growth.
Trade shows, events & activations. From planning and logistics to collateral, merchandise, shipping and supplier coordination, you’ll help our events run beautifully. You’ll support lead generation on the ground, post-event follow-up, and sponsorship and industry activations that get BioPak noticed.
Proficiency with CRM software, such as HubSpot, for reporting and pipeline visibility.
Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering channel marketing strategies within the packaging, FMCG, or sustainability sectors.
Sales enablement & marketing assets. You’ll coordinate the creation of presentations, case studies, product guides, flyers, training materials and customer comms — working with our Sustainability and Design teams to produce content customers actually want to engage with. You’ll keep our channel marketing resources organised and support training for internal and external stakeholders.
Lead generation & customer engagement. Across Distributor, QSR and Retail, you’ll support lead generation and retention, help onboard new customers, improve our processes, and contribute to the customer experience and retention programs that keep people coming back.
Data, insights & performance. You’ll source, analyse and report on customer, market and channel data, support KPI tracking and performance reviews, assist with HubSpot reporting and pipeline visibility, and surface the recommendations that unlock channel growth.
Cross-functional collaboration. You’ll work hand in hand with Marketing, Sales, Product, Sustainability and Customer Experience to deliver channel initiatives, support customer partnerships, and bring our channel marketing plans and commercial priorities to life.

- Strong presentation, data and storytelling skills — you can turn numbers into a narrative.
- Excellent coordination and project skills, comfortable juggling multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- A collaborative, can-do attitude and the confidence to work across teams and functions.
- Experience in channel, category, marketing or sales support (B Corp, FMCG, packaging or sustainability experience is a bonus, not a must).
- Genuine enthusiasm for our purpose — you want your work to mean something.
