Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Freelance Sales Executive to join our Hotel. This role is ideal for self-starters with strong business development skills who enjoy working independently and earning based on performance.

Your primary responsibility will be to source new clients, build relationships, and secure hotel business through Room and Catering revenues. You will work closely with our onsite Sales & Event Teams to deliver exceptional and memorable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients across multiple sectors for potential Room & Catering revenues.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, social media outreach, and referrals.
  • Negotiate and close sales to meet revenue targets.
  • Maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Work closely with Sales Support Executive to ensure effective administrative systems and service delivery.
  • Adhere to all policies, rate guidelines, and procedures implemented by the Director of Sales and Marketing (DOSM).
  • Submit weekly sales call plans and sales activities.
  • Represent the company professionally in all interactions with potential and existing clients.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management (Hospitality experience is a plus)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented and able to work independently.
  • Able to build rapport quickly with decision-makers.
  • Strong network and ability to leverage personal connections to generate business.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity in handling client’s relationships.
  • Comfortable working on a full commission basis with no fixed salary.
  • Ability to manage own schedule and deliver agreed results.
  • Familiarity with Hotel Industry will be an advantage.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin.
