About Us

Australian Paramedical College (APC) is Australia’s leading provider of vocational education in pre-hospital care. We are proud to deliver in-demand industry skills to grow and support Australia’s healthcare network.

We go above and beyond to ensure the quality of our graduating students, who become leaders in their industry, working as private sector medics, patient transport officers or continuing further university study to become state paramedics.

We have nationwide reach across both students and industry employer partners, and our expansive and high-quality training facilities, student support and training teams are unmatched in the sector.

We strive to innovate and use evidence-based data to ensure we deliver industry-leading training and outstanding support to our students.

About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Coordinator to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you’ll support the execution of marketing activity across social media, content creation, campaign support, events, and reporting. You’ll work closely with the Marketing Manager and Paid Advertising Specialist to ensure our content, campaigns, and student-facing communications are delivered on time and to a high standard.

This role is ideal for someone with strong creative ability, solid foundational marketing skills, and a genuine passion for social media, video production, and content creation. You’ll be involved in the full content process – planning, filming, editing, designing, publishing – and will play a key role in maintaining APC’s online presence and brand consistency.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an emerging marketer who wants broad exposure, practical experience, and the chance to work in a fast-paced, high-performing education environment.

  • Assist with social media promotion before, during, and after key APC events.

Content Creation

  • Produce high-quality graphics, videos, photos, and written content aligned to brand guidelines.
  • Support the planning, filming, and editing of video content for organic channels and campaigns.
  • Design newsletters, EDMs, and marketing documents for prospective, current, and alumni audiences.
  • Deliver creative assets needed for paid advertising campaigns.

Campaign & Event Support

  • Assist in the delivery of marketing campaigns by creating content and coordinating tasks.
  • Support promotional activity for events such as open days, campus visits, and expos.
  • Help coordinate with internal teams and external creative partners.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Monitor social performance and engagement data.
  • Prepare regular insights and contribute to marketing reports.
  • Track KPIs and support the Marketing Manager with ongoing optimisation activities.

General Marketing Support

  • Assist with website updates, email sends, content briefs, admin tasks, and brand consistency.
  • Work collaboratively across the business to support wider projects and marketing initiatives.

What You Will Bring

We’re looking for someone creative, driven, and eager to grow. You don’t need to be a senior marketer – but you do need strong technical skills and a high standard of execution.

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or similar (preferred).
  • 2–3 years+ experience in marketing, social media, or content creation.
  • Strong design skills (Canva or Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Basic-to-intermediate video skills (shooting + editing in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar).
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling ability.
  • Experience managing social media accounts across multiple platforms.
  • Good organisation, time management, and attention to detail.
  • A collaborative, positive, team-first mindset.
