We are now looking for a Regional Sales Manager – Western Australia to grow our business across the country and take accountability for key strategic accounts.
This is not a maintenance role. It is for someone who wants to own a territory, win share, and build something meaningful.The Role
You will be responsible for planning and growing Attach2’s business in line with our commercial model and global strategy.Your focus will be on:Winning business from competitors where we have a right to winOwning and growing key dealer, rental, and end-user accountsDriving consistent, high-quality sales activity, face to face and by phoneDelivering budget outcomes with strong gross margin disciplineBuilding a healthy pipeline that converts, not just looks good on a reportThis role reports to the ANZ Sales Manager and works closely with product, operations, and support teams.What Success Looks Like

Manage and grow key accounts across dealer, rental, and end-user channelsIdentify and develop new customers with meaningful annual valueRun disciplined account reviews and commercial discussionsChallenge customer buying behavior to unlock growthMaintain a live, progressing pipeline with clear next actionsForecast demand by customer and SKU to support planning and supplyRepresent Attach2 professionally at all times, on site and off siteKeep CRM information accurate and current through the teamWhat We Are Looking For
