Earthmoving Attachments | OEM, Dealer & Major Account Focus

Attach2 is Australasia’s leading supplier of excavator attachments. We work with OEMs, dealers, rental companies, and major end users across Australia and New Zealand. Our growth has been built on fast execution, strong relationships, and people who take ownership of results.

We are now looking for a Regional Sales Manager – Western Australia to grow our business across the country and take accountability for key strategic accounts.

  • This is not a maintenance role. It is for someone who wants to own a territory, win share, and build something meaningful.
  • The Role

  • You will be responsible for planning and growing Attach2’s business in line with our commercial model and global strategy.
  • Your focus will be on:
  • Winning business from competitors where we have a right to win
  • Owning and growing key dealer, rental, and end-user accounts
  • Driving consistent, high-quality sales activity, face to face and by phone
  • Delivering budget outcomes with strong gross margin discipline
  • Building a healthy pipeline that converts, not just looks good on a report
  • This role reports to the ANZ Sales Manager and works closely with product, operations, and support teams.

  • Measurable growth in sales and gross profit across Western Australia
  • Increased share of wallet within priority dealer and fleet accounts
  • Clear, accurate forecasting that operations can execute against

  • Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow key accounts across dealer, rental, and end-user channels
  • Identify and develop new customers with meaningful annual value
  • Run disciplined account reviews and commercial discussions
  • Challenge customer buying behavior to unlock growth
  • Maintain a live, progressing pipeline with clear next actions
  • Forecast demand by customer and SKU to support planning and supply
  • Represent Attach2 professionally at all times, on site and off site
  • Keep CRM information accurate and current through the team
  • What We Are Looking For

  • You will likely have:
  • Proven experience selling into construction, earthmoving, OEM, or heavy equipment markets
  • A track record of owning key accounts and growing them over time
  • Confidence working with senior decision-makers and complex organisations
  • Strong commercial judgement around pricing, margin, and forecasting
  • High personal standards around preparation, follow-up, and delivery
