Attach2 supplies excavator attachments across Australia and New Zealand to OEMs, OEDs, dealers, rental companies, and major contractors. We operate right in the heart of the earthmoving and construction industry. Our products are on excavators across civil projects, infrastructure jobs, mining support work, and construction sites every day.
Attach2 is known in the market for fast execution, strong technical support, and making it easy for customers to get the attachments they need. Our growth has been built on people who take ownership of their territory, build strong relationships, and execute consistently. We are now looking for a Regional Sales Manager for Western Australia to take responsibility for growing Attach2’s position across the state. This role is for someone who loves the earthmoving industry, wants to win business, and is comfortable being measured on activity, forecasting and results.
The Role
You will own the Western Australia territory and be responsible for growing Attach2’s sales across key customer channels:
- Equipment OEMs and OEDs
- Construction dealers
- Rental companies
- Major contractors and fleet owners
You focus will be simple:
- Win business from competitors where we have a right to win
- Grow existing dealer and fleet relationships
- Maintain strong activity with customers across the state
- Run a disciplined pipeline and forecasting process
- Deliver revenue and gross margin outcomes
The role reports to the ANZ Sales Manager and works closely with internal sales, marketing, operations and product teams.

- Grow sales and gross profit across Western Australia
- Increase share of wallet within priority accounts
- Maintain accurate forecasting that operations can rely on

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow OEM, OED, dealer, rental and contractor accounts across WA
- Identify and develop new customers with meaningful annual spend
- Run structured account reviews and commercial discussions
- Challenge customer buying behaviour to unlock opportunities
- Maintain high-quality sales activity, both face-to-face and by phone
- Keep a live pipeline with clear next actions in CRM
- Forecast demand by customer and product to support supply planning
- Represent Attach2 professionally in the market
What We Are Looking For
You will likely have experience in:
- Construction equipment
- Earthmoving attachments
- Machinery dealerships
- OEM/OED or heavy equipment sales
