The opportunity

 

Reporting to the NSW State Manager, you’ll drive growth of our long-term mortgage product across an established broker network.  This is a relationship-led BDM role where you’ll partner closely with brokers to grow their portfolios, strengthen product knowledge, and identify opportunities across our broader lending suite, including short-term and development finance.

 

You’ll also act as a trusted advisor—supporting brokers to structure deals, navigate complex scenarios, and ultimately deliver strong, sustainable outcomes.

 

What you’ll be doing

  •  Build and grow relationships with brokers across your portfolio
  • Drive deal flow by actively managing your pipeline from enquiry through to settlement
  • Workshop and structure lending scenarios to support broker success
  • Promote Assetline’s lending solutions and identify cross-sell opportunities
  • Deliver a high standard of service to brokers and their clients
  • Contribute to broader initiatives that improve performance and customer experience

What you’ll bring

  •  Proven BDM or sales experience within mortgage lending and the broker channel
  • Strong existing broker relationships and networks in NSW
  • Track record of growing broker portfolios and consistently achieving targets
  • Experience across banking or non-bank lending environments
  • Solid understanding of credit, deal structuring and the Australian lending landscape
  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to interpret financial information
