Altus Graduate Program

We are looking for bright and ambitious graduates who would like to experience their first role in business and personal financial advisory – working with industry leading professionals in an award-winning, AFR Top 50 private client advisory firm. The Altus Graduate Program offers a unique opportunity for individuals to gain valuable experience in the areas of business advisory, accounting, tax and financial planning. This 12-month role based in our Sydney CBD and Erina offices provides hands-on experience and exposure to various aspects of personal financial advice and business advisory.

You will:

  • experience how an industry leading private client advisory firm works
  • work on sophisticated systems and processes
  • gain understanding on some of the major Australian institutions – including the Australian Tax Office (ATO), Australian Securities & Investment Commission (ASIC), Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (APRA)
  • help prepare client advisory work and advice – including tax returns, financial statements, activity statements, statements of financial advice, management reporting, tax advice
  • attend meetings with clients and other parties
  • learn from both industry leading professionals and people who have left school or University recently – seeing careers from both ends of the lifecycle
