Description

Support the delivery of high‑quality design outcomes, contributing creative thinking and strong technical expertise across all project stages.

As a Senior Designer/ Architect you will play a key role in helping deliver high-quality design solutions that balance creativity, functionality, and technical excellence. As part of a team, you will be responsible for developing innovative architectural concepts, preparing detailed documentation, and ensuring compliance with codes and standards throughout all project phases.

This role requires strong design and technical skills, software proficiency, and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, consultants, and stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 4+ years of post-registration experience as an Architect following completion of a master’s degree in architecture or related field of study
  • Professional registration as an Architect, or an equivalent internationally recognised registration or related field of study
  • Well-rounded project experience (Concept Design and Detail Design)
  • Excellent communication skills, fluent in English – spoken and written
  • Professional work experience using Revit
  • Proficiency with Rhino and Adobe Suite

Skills, Knowledge & Abilities

  • Solid conceptual, design and graphic skills
  • Experience with technical detailing, construction documentation & construction administration
  • Ability to resolve technical and design challenges through innovative thinking
  • Knowledge of products, materials, and construction methods
  • Exposure to management and coordination of project stakeholders, local authorities and approving bodies, and sub-consultants
  • Ability to develop design options in collaboration with the design team.
  • Ability to prepare, develop and edit drawings and models as they relate to the project
  • Strong organisational skills
  • The ability to be proactive, self-motivated, and able to take initiative in response to direction from managers
  • Great interpersonal communication skills
