Salary: Competitive base + excellent commission potential + equity pathway for top performers. Up to $220k OTE plus bonuses for over achievement.

About the Role

This role supports a range of businesses across the group, with an initial focus on building the MSP pipeline. Backed by the C‑Suite and Group Marketing team, the role will play a key part in continuing to grow a strong client base nationwide. It is well suited to someone with an MSP background who is keen to further develop in this space, with exposure to enterprise and SaaS offerings that the group will actively support and foster.

This is a hybrid sales role spanning Network automation software (Activeport) and Managed IT services (Starboard IT). You will engage enterprise and mid-market customers, positioning both software-led solutions and managed services depending on customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

• ⁠Identify and engage new business opportunities across enterprise and mid-market accounts
• Lead customer conversations from discovery through to close
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders (IT, Operations, C-level)
• Develop proposals and tailored solution recommendations
• Manage pipeline, forecasting and reporting

About You

• 3+ years’ experience in MSP and B2B software sales (SaaS, cloud, MSP, or infrastructure)
• Comfortable selling both software and managed services
• Understanding of IT environments (networks, cloud, security or infrastructure)
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
• Confident engaging senior stakeholders and running end-to-end sales cycles
• Strong communication and proposal development skills
