What You’ll Be Doing
Drive Retail-Led Talent Strategy
- Develop and execute a national recruitment strategy aligned to growth,
- workforce planning and commercial outcomes.
- Partner with senior leaders to anticipate hiring needs and build strong talent pipelines.
- Translate operational realities into practical, high-impact hiring strategies.
Own Hiring That Delivers in Store
- Lead end-to-end recruitment across retail, supply chain and corporatefunctions.
- Take ownership of store leadership hiring, ensuring quality, capability and cultural fit.
- Deliver high-volume seasonal recruitment campaigns with speed and precision.
Influence & Partner
- Act as a trusted advisor to leaders across the business.
- Challenge thinking, provide market insights and lift hiring standards.
- Balance speed, cost and quality in a dynamic retail environment.
Lead & Build Capability
- Lead and develop a Recruitment Officer and other resources as needed to flex in preparation for peak training periods.
- Build a high-performance, accountable recruitment function.
- Uplift hiring capability across the business.
Improve & Evolve
- Continuously enhance recruitment processes to improve time-to-hire and quality-of-hire
- Leverage data, systems and reporting to drive better decisions
- Champion diversity, inclusion and best practice
Who You Are
You might be:
- A high-performing Store or Area Manager who has led a large-format, high-volume retail business and transitioned into Talent Acquisition, HR or People&Culture.
OR
- An experienced Recruitment Leader with strong exposure to multi-site retail environments.
