Due to strong growth, a rare opportunity exists to join our Product Development team at Brendale QLD
About the role
Working out of our QLD Head Office at Brendale and reporting to the IP/Legal Manager, your work will include:
- Suggesting improvements on existing products in the current range
- Actively seek out, read and learn product information on new products.
- Interpreting regulatory and testing requirements related to product quality, safety, performance/effectiveness, etc.
- Testing and analysis of product samples to evaluate their safety, quality and usability
The successful candidate will:
- Have exceptional written and verbal English skills.
- Have exceptional attention to detail.
- Be able to log returned products to ensure they are entered in the system under the correct category
- Conduct Inspection and analysis of electrical warranty returns
- Create reports for all test and analysis actions
- Processing and fixing electrical products, such as generators, fridges
- Diagnosing faults of returned goods
- Deciding and acting on whether to dispose of goods, or fix
- Degassing of fridges
- Test and tag of assessed products
- Commit to a Monday – Friday Roster
