Costing Clerk – Phil Gilbert | Croydon
Phil Gilbert Croydon is seeking a motivated and detail-driven Costing Clerk to support our Service teams. If you enjoy problem solving, working with precision, and delivering an exceptional guest experience, this role is for you.
About the Role
Working closely with our Service Advisors and Workshop team, you will help ensure every guest interaction is smooth, accurate and easy to do business with.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist guests with service enquiries and bookings.
- Cost repair orders and prepare accurate time/cost estimates.
- Liaise with the Workshop Controller to meet timeframes.
- Obtain guest authorisation for additional work.
- Facilitate digital payments and close ROs promptly.
- Maintain professional presentation at all times.
About You
We’re looking for someone who brings positivity, initiative and a genuine commitment to great guest service. You will have:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, team mentality.
- Excellent computer literacy.
- Experience with a Dealership DMS (preferred).
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
- A NSW Driver’s Licence
