About the business

Upper Murray Family Care (UMFC) is a not-for-profit organisation providing family, community and support services across regional Victoria and New South Wales. With more than 120 staff and contractors working across diverse programs, UMFC’s People and Culture team is responsible for HR operations, safety, training, recruitment and compliance across the organisation.

The challenge
