Terms and Conditions
About the Promotion
1. This Promotion is offered by Employment Hero Pty Ltd (ABN 11 160 047 709).
2. During the months of July and August 2024, any partner who submits a minimum of 3 Promotion Qualified Referrals through the Employment Hero Partner Portal (Partner Portal) within the Promotion Period, will receive the Reward of AUD$2000 in addition to the standard referral commission payment they receive under the Referral Partner program (Promotion).
3. This Promotion will take place from 12:00 am, 1 July 2024 to 11:59pm, 31 August 2024 (Promotion Period).
Who can enter?
4. Participation in the Promotion is open to Australian partners of Employment Hero with a signed Referral Partner Agreement (including those that have signed up to the Referral Partner Terms and Conditions) and an active Partner Portal account (Eligible Participant).
How to enter?
5. To enter the Promotion, Eligible Participants must submit at least 3 Promotion Qualified Referrals to Employment Hero during the Promotion Period through the Partner Portal.
Promotion Qualified Referral
6. A referral is a Promotion Qualified Referral if the lead:
a) is referred through the Partner Portal during the Promotion Period;
b) is not a person, entity or organisation who is a current customer of Employment Hero (Existing Customer);
c) is not a person, entity or organisation with whom Employment Hero is in active discussions or negotiations to be provided with the Services (Existing Prospect);
d) completes a live demonstration with an Employment Hero sales representative.
Reward
7. A partner who submits at least 3 Promotion Qualified Referrals will receive the reward of AUD$2,000 (Reward), provided that the total cumulative amount paid or payable by the leads during the initial 12 months for the Employment Hero product/s and services purchased under the first 3 Promotion Qualified Referrals is equal to or greater than AUD$25,000.
8. A partner can only claim 1 Reward during the Promotion Period. That is, additional referrals that purchase Employment Hero products will not trigger a secondary Reward payment.
9. The Reward will be paid at the same time as the first commission payment as per the standard Referral Partner Terms and Conditions.

11. This Promotion is managed in accordance with the Employment Hero Privacy Policy.
Liability
12. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Employment Hero (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, for any loss or damage arising in in connection with this Promotion, including any:
a) technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under Employment Hero’s control);
theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
b) entries that are late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after Employment Hero receives it) due to any reason beyond Employment Hero’s reasonable control;
c) variation in Reward value, description or variation of product due to non-availability to that stated in these terms; or
d) tax liability incurred by an Eligible Participant.
General Terms
13. The Reward is not transferable to any other products or cash.
14. All products advertised for purchase on the Employment Hero website during the promotional period are eligible toward the reward qualification criteria.
15. Employment Hero reserves the right to terminate the Promotion early in full or in part at our absolute discretion.
16. Laws may apply to you or to us as a result of your specific location. If this is the case, and if those laws are inconsistent with any part of these terms, those laws will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
17. Severability: If any part or provision of these terms are invalid, unenforceable or in conflict with the law, that part or provision is replaced with a provision which, as far as possible, accomplishes the original purpose of that part or provision. The remainder of these terms will be binding on the parties.
18. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
