1. This Promotion is offered by Employment Hero Pty Ltd (ABN 11 160 047 709) and its affiliates (Employment Hero, we, us, our).
2. All new direct Employment Hero customers are eligible for the following benefits:
a. 100% off for the first 3 (three) months on:
- Any of the Employment OS packages: Lite, Plus or Unlimited
- Any subscription tier of Employment Hero HR
- Any subscription tier of Employment Hero Payroll
(each, and collectively, the “Promotion“).
Eligible Participants may apply the benefits of the Promotion across multiple Employment Hero products and services.
3. The Promotion will begin on [TBC] and conclude at 11:59pm on 30 June 2025 (Promotion Period).
Who can enter?
4. The Promotion is open to all new direct customers that subscribe to Employment OS Lite, Plus or Unlimited packages during the Promotion Period, or any subscription of Employment Hero HR and/or Employment Hero Payroll, when referred by an eligible referral partner from the Employment Hero Partner Network (Eligible Participant).
How to qualify for the Promotion?
5. To enter and qualify for the Promotion, you must:
- not be a current Employment Hero customer;
- be a new customer (have no existing Employment Hero subscriptions and must not have been an Employment Hero or KeyPay customer in the last 12 months);
- have already registered your interest directly with a partner of the Employment Hero Partner Network (where the partner will submit a client’s details through the Partner Portal in order to be eligible for this offer);
- subscribe to one of the relevant Employment Hero plans (as identified in the Promotion) for a minimum 12-month term; and
- be a registered business in Australia.
How to enter the Promotion?
6. To enter this Promotion, you must register your interest directly with a partner of the Employment Hero Partner Network (where the partner will submit a client’s details through the Partner Portal in order to be eligible for this offer).
When do the benefits of the Promotion apply?
7. You will be eligible to redeem your discount by meeting all the qualifying criteria under these terms and conditions. Your discounted pricing will apply from your first monthly charge and be valid for the first three months of subscription charges.
Restrictions
8. The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion provided by Employment Hero. Restrictions to the Promotion apply to those who are not eligible according to the criteria of qualifications listed above.
Other Terms and Conditions that apply
9. Standard Employment Hero Platform Terms and Conditions apply.
10. Customers receiving Implementations services in connection with any products or services will be subject to the relevant Implementations Terms and Conditions.
11. Any personal data provided by an individual when participating in this Promotion is handled in accordance with the Employment Hero Privacy Policy.
General Terms

13. Discounts provided through the Promotion are not transferable to any other products.
14. Employment Hero reserves the right to terminate the Promotion early in full or in part at its absolute discretion.
15. Laws may apply to an Eligible Participant or to Employment Hero as a result of either party’s specific location. If this is the case, and if those laws are inconsistent with any part of these terms, those laws will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
16. If any part or provision of these terms are invalid, unenforceable or in conflict with the law, that part or provision is replaced with a provision which, as far as possible, accomplishes the original purpose of that part or provision. The remainder of these terms will be binding on the parties.
