Amplify Alliance Member Offer: Terms & Conditions
About the Promotion
1. This Promotion is offered by Employment Hero Pty Ltd (ABN 11 160 047 709) and its affiliates (Employment Hero).
2. Amplify Alliance members who are new direct Employment Hero customers are eligible for the following benefits based on the subscription they choose:
a. For HR Platinum Plan Only Customers: The first 3 months free and $4 off per employee for the HR Platinum plan with 40% off Managed Implementations and 50% off Guided Implementations.
b. For Payroll Premium Plan Only Customers: The first 3 months free and $2 off per employee for the Payroll Premium plan with 40% off Managed Implementations and 50% off Guided Implementations.
c. For Combined HR Platinum and Payroll Premium Plan Customers: The first 3 months free and $4 off per employee for the HR Platinum plan and the first 3 months free and $2 off per employee for the Payroll Premium plan with 50% off Managed Implementations and 50% off Guided Implementations for both HR and Payroll service implementations.
(each, and collectively, the “Promotion”)
3. The Promotion will begin on 15 April 2024 and conclude at 11:59pm on 30 June 2025 (Promotion Period).
Who can enter?
4. The Promotion is open to all new Employment hero customers during the Promotion Period who qualify in accordance with clause 5 of these terms and conditions (Eligible Participant).
How to qualify for the Promotion?
5. To qualify for the Promotion, you must:
- be a current Amplify Alliance Member;
- not be a current Employment Hero customer;
- be a new customer (have no existing Employment Hero subscriptions and must not have been an Employment Hero or KeyPay customer in the last 12 months);
- register your interest directly with an Employment Hero sales representative or via a form made available to you (after registering interest, you will need to have a follow up call with a sales representative on a later date);
- subscribe to the Employment Hero HR and/or Payroll plans for a minimum 12-month term;
- provide and authorise use of your direct debit details within 7 days of signing your contract; and
- be a registered business in Australia.

Restrictions
7. The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other Product offer or promotion provided by Employment Hero. Restrictions to the Promotion apply to those who are not eligible according to the criteria of qualifications listed above.

8. Standard Employment Hero Platform Terms and Conditions apply.
9. This Promotion is managed in accordance with the Employment Hero Privacy Policy.
Liability
10. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Employment Hero (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, for any loss or damage arising in connection with this Promotion, including any:
a. technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under Employment Hero’s control);
b. theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
c. entries that are late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after Employment Hero receives it) due to any reason beyond Employment Hero’s reasonable control;
d. variation in Promotion value to that stated in these terms; or
e. tax liability incurred by an Eligible Participant.
General Terms
11. Usage charges for SMS, awards, P11D, and super processing are not included in the Promotion Period.

- Additional Implementation fees may apply – subject to Managed Implementation Terms and Conditions.
12. Discounts provided through the Promotion are not transferable to any other products.
13. Employment Hero reserves the right to terminate the Promotion early in full or in part at its absolute discretion.
14. Laws may apply to you or to Employment Hero as a result of your specific location. If this is the case, and if those laws are inconsistent with any part of these terms, those laws will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
15. Severability: If any part or provision of these terms are invalid, unenforceable or in conflict with the law, that part or provision is replaced with a provision which, as far as possible, accomplishes the original purpose of that part or provision. The remainder of these terms will be binding on the parties.
16. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
