About the Role?
The Fraud Assurance Analyst plays a key role within the Risk & Compliance team, supporting the Regulatory and Product Compliance Manager to strengthen fraud controls across Zai’s products and services. This includes transaction monitoring, reporting, audits, and end-to-end fraud and scam investigations across our platform.
You’ll focus on enhancing fraud detection, investigation, and reporting capabilities—using data-driven insights to provide clear visibility of fraud exposure, emerging trends, and financial impacts, while delivering independent risk assurance to support scalable business growth.
Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll help design, implement, and continuously improve controls and processes that balance fraud risk mitigation, regulatory compliance, customer experience, and commercial outcomes.
