🌟 About the Role
As a Shift Supervisor, you’ll oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the centre during your shift. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations, delivering excellent customer service, supporting staff, and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
With delegated authority from the Chief Operating Officer, you’ll act as the responsible
person on shift, managing risks and leading by example to support strong individuals, families, and communities.
✅ What You’ll Do
Lead Daily Operations & Staff
Supervise shifts, support team members, and ensure smooth centre operations.
Deliver Exceptional Customer Service
Handle enquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive member experience.
Ensure Safety & Compliance
Act as chief warden/first aider, manage incidents, and uphold safety procedures.
Oversee Facility & Administration
Complete opening/closing, cash handling, reporting, and basic maintenance
tasks.

- First Aid HLTAID011 – maintained every 3 years
- CPR HLTAID009 – maintained annually
